The diet I have found that causes the most weight loss is the Atkins diet. But, you have to take in 0 carbs for a week. But, to keep from causing damage to your liver and kidneys you need to start taking in carbs the next week. You should only take in about 30 to 40 a day. You can repeat this cycle and it will take the weight off. Beware that if you go back to your old eating habits you will gain the weight back quickly. As a rule, you can take in about 60 carbs a day and that should maintain the weight you want.

have you tried not eating? starving people do very well at weighing only 90 pounds, maybe you should look into it. after that, see a psychologist as to why you want to lose so much weight and look like the media says you're supposed to.

well,diet is of two types artificial and natural.artificial means taking drugs.(i don't advice u to take them B'cos they are mostly harmful).natural means controlling ur food avoiding snacks and following a planned diet.But the answer for ur question is NATURAL DIET.
