Juice made from concentrate is usually less expensive than fresh squeezed juice. If you want to get more vitamins and nutrients, I would suggest buying fresh squeezed juice.

Concerntrate is often not full of juices, can be stored in cupboards for longer. Fresh juice is made from real fruits, has to be refrigerated

storage and perish ability - drinkable strength juice must be bottled or refrigerated quickly or it goes bad whereas if it is concentrated it can be stored for a long time and be reconstituted just before it is bottled..
