Yes and God has already created it: it's a human's ability to come to the realization that he or she needs to repent before Him. A man's false pride is one heavy stone!

Although God calls all of us (even atheists) to repentance and belief, he will not force us; it's against His very nature.

God is the Absolute and Perfect Creator. He is absolute in the absolute sense. God is absolutely One and only One, having no parts or partners of any kind. He is unique, and nothing is similar to Him. He created everything from nothing. The Almighty Creator brings everything to existence with utmost Perfection. He is the Originator of all causes and effects with no effect on Him. His presence is absolutely ever-present. He is absolutely independent of anything and everything that exists. He is the most knowledgeable. He possesses knowledge beyond human comprehension.

The Holy Qur'an mentions the relationship among the sections of the universe as evidence of the oneness of its Creator. It advises us to look at the order which exists in the universe, and the fact that such an order could not exist if there were more than One Creator. More than one administration for the universe is like more than one administration for a country. It produces confusion and disorder. If God had a partner, it would’ve created disturbance in Universe.

If there were in them (the heavens and the Earth) gods besides the Almighty God, they would have been in a state of disorder. Glory be to Him. He is above what they describe. -- Qur'an

Partnership is a defect of God, it cannot be in a true God. Partnership implies the fact that there are certain things even God can not do, and for that God needs a partner. In that case it would be very difficult to determine which God is better. He who needs a partner is not worthy to be worshipped because his need of partnership strongly and obviously demonstrates his weakness, and someone who is worshipped cant be weak because a weak God is without authority, and a God without authority is no God at all. If we suppose there are 2 Gods, then 1 of them should be able to remove other. If first is able to remove other, then the 2nd is not God. If 1st is not able to remove other, then he cannot be God.

God is not a physical entity. God is infinite. God is Eternal. He is from ever and will be forever. Death is not for him, but rather death is a creation of His. God is free from alteration. He is same every time and every place. Change of any kind cannot be associated with God. He is never a child, old, asleep, awake, tired, etc. He was not born from anybody, nor has anybody been born from him. No entity in the Universe can ever comprehend His true state. No one in the world can ever physically define Him. Assigning a shape to the One who is beyond our limited perceptions would be to lie and giving a false appearance and a false representation. God is incomprehensible and unimaginable. He is not similar to anything. If anything comes to mind to be the God, even then it is not God.

Well I am not sure about this but I don't believe God can change/move love so in a way he already did. Now please don't everyone jump on me if I am wrong. I I still believe God rules all I just don't think he can change this. It's up to every single person.

This type of questions doesn't make sense and you don't make your or someone's else faith grow in God for what he is....you suppose to ask for question that can make grow more faith in Him, to keep believe in that He is the only solution to all the problems....for example, how is His love shown thru Jesus Christ and what are we doing to be under his mercy? Or what are God's most attractive qualities that He has? Or How can God's Kingdom be the solution to all mankind? Or How is God's power going to be used in the resurrection for all the dead ones, even our loved ones?

'God' doesn't create. 'God' reassembles himself. Everything, everyone, is 'God'.
