You juice drinks claim to be sugar-free, that means it's an artificial juice flavored drink, with artificial sugars like Splenda. Get organic, 100% juice drinks they're much healthier. The fruit sugars are complex carbohydrates they're not stored as quickly as processed sugar.

It literally means that there is no sugar. It does NOT mean "No added sugar" which is the case in many fruit juices. Fruits (and hence fruit juices) naturally have sugar in them. This is an important distinction for diabetics.
