I would rather be married and not so happy if these are only two choices. Questions is incorrect in the sense married people are actually happier and live long than unmarried as per a survey last time I read.
This is like asking you would like always to be two year old having no worry OR 20 years youth having some worry? I know everybody would like to be 20 years old.
Even if you are not so happy, wife is there to share your sorrow and believe or not it gives lots of support. Just love her and you will be blessed with happy life...feel it..
Thanks

I would rather be happy and unmarried. Anyone can get married but it take two people working for the same positive goals and future in order to have a marriage.

Look, if you are trying to get out of getting married to your partner then just come out and say it.
Marriage does not kill happiness, just like being unmarried, you have to work at it.
What was your question again?
Oh, ofcourse everyone will rather be unmarried and happy, its not about being married though, its about being happy. You have got to be content with your partner before getting married.

Definitely happy and unmarried. It's not right for anyone to go through life in a situation where they're not so happy

You don't say UNhappy, merely LESS happy.
A bird in the hand is worth two in the bush. Perhaps a partner is the love of your life, makes you happier than you have ever been, and so on. But if you want marriage and your partner doesn't, then it isn't purely happiness. There is also the unhappiness mixed in of lacking the security you crave. There may be another romance that lacks the intensity of that 'true love', but gives you security. I think I'd rather a have a Little less delirious happiness and a little more of the low-key secure happiness of knowing I could count on this someone always being there for me, of knowing that this someone WANTED to always be there for me.

Definitely "happy and unmarried". You can feel more alone being married if you are unhappy with the person you are with.

Happiness never lies weather you are married or unmarried. It depends on how you make your life worth living for. But,given that choice i would rather go to being happy and unmarried of course! That's why there's that divorce and annulment of marriages cause they don't want to stick to that kind of relationship where in both paties are not happy anymore.Being happy doesnt mean, everything's ok,it only means you have decided to see things beyond life's imperfection.
