No. Brain cells are removed from the brain by small particles in alcolhol. Brain cells are transported through the blood stream to the liver. While inside the liver, special enzymes are mixed with the brain cells. These enzymes will actually strengthen the brain cells. They are then transported back to the brain through the blood stream again where they are put back in place.

In actuality drinking alcolhol makes your brain cell smarter and you smarter. KEEP DRINKING!!!!!!!

As with most any substance, It will harm brain (and other) cells in very high doses. Maybe a bottle of vodka or more over a couple of hours. I am certain knocking a few back over happy hour will not. However you more likely could collapse and die from alcohol poisoning even before your brain cells die--because alcohol will starve your body cells of essential water that it needs to keep functioning.

No. Alcohol doesn't destroy brain cells. It can damage dendrites - the branched nerve endings. The damage is usually not permanent. Most function returns but some does not. It slows down communication between cells.

Yes, if you congest too much at one time, a little here and there no, but imbibing on alcohol too fast, will constrict blood to the brain and kill brain cells. I've had that done to me, I drank too much one time and too fast, and I went blind for a minute. I'm better now, and not touching alcohol again.

The slow buffalo theory:
If you kill off all the slow buffalo, only the fast remain.
I may be dumb tonight, but my drinking leaves only the smart brain cells left for tomarow.
