I try not to take medication but when I get to the point I am curled up in a fetal position shaking and clumps of hair can be found dangling from my fingers and I'm twitching then YES its time for the Tylenol extra strength fast release...

Sometimes taking tylenol and BC etc on a constant basic can cause rebound headaches as well as lack of caffeine.

First off I would suggest Excedrin, and my hubby has taken Midol ....as crazy as that sounds there are extra chemicals in such medications that work with your body to alleviate the headache at a much rapider rate. And then and only then if all else fails make a nice screwdriver and curl up on the couch with your favorite blanket and put yourself out. Don't drink to drunk though because that will only intensify the pain in the morning.

Try this; both of the your palm holding each others and to start from Right thumb press gently onto the mid point between your Left thumb and Left Index-finger for about 30 counts. Next use your Left thumb press gently onto the mid point of your Right thumb and Right Index-finger for another 30 counts. This will help you get rid of your headache. Do this whenever you head start spinning.

depends on the type of headache and what it comes from, if ya haven't eating in a while simply eating might help, or caffine a soda tea or coffee, if you go for the drink instead the alcohol may stop the pain temporarily but I wouldn't be suprised if it hurt again once the alcohol is through your system and it might hurt worse. The pain reliever that works best for me is excedrin.

Tylenol is the worst thing to take for headaches,if you have them regularly have your doctor prescribe you Immitrex. These are the best pills for headaches and migranes.Advil is okay for minor ones.
