I would like to have a really flat tummy...how can i make that happen? What should I eat and what exercises should i do?

I do have a flat tummy...but i want a flatter one...where my ribs can show :D ....

If you want to have a flat stomach you have to do ab exercises and you need to lose fat. I have a couple of suggestions. First cut down on salt, sugar, eat brown rice instead of white, cut down on bread and try to eat more fish and chicken instead of beef (if you are a meat eater) and add in a few eggs a week to add to your protein and replace some of the red meat. My second suggestion is to add ab exercises to your routine if you are not already-crunches work really well. If you have access to a gym have someone show you the ab machines. If you don't have access to a gym do crunches at home in different positions, with your feet raised on a couch, your feet flat on the floor, laying on your side. Also, try laying on your back, hands flat on the floor and lift your legs off the floor about two inches and bring them back down, but don't let them touch the floor. And try to do some cardio exercise at least twice a week. Always check with your doctor first about doing these exercises, but I know this will probably work for you. You should see a difference within a month if you change your diet a little and do the ab exercises religiously. Hope this helps.

Start with crunches and sit-ups as many as you can do, increase the numbers as you go along..
Eat proper healthy food
You can also belly dance
Hoola hooping is also good for your tummy.

you are supposed to keep your heart rate up for 30 min. in order to get a good workout - riding a bike, jogging, rollerblading, & crunches would be an excellent way to get great abs. Honestly, a lot of doctors say daily sex is a great way to stay fit b/c of all of the muscles that you use

best thing to form abs that i have found is just a good ole fashion boxing jump rope. and time! you have to do it for extended periods of time but it works out more than just abs too1

one of the best ways is to eat lowfat foods and to do at least 30 jacknives a day.

about two years worth of sit ups should do it ... eat lots of chicken and salad ... eat less red meat. the most important thing is to be consistent with your routine and don't get discouraged when you plateau.

you have to run Crunches or sit ups arent going to make a difference if they are coverd by fat

do a whole lot of running and then do some ab work outs, sit ups, medicine balls, etc.
