I am currently attempting to follow weight watchers but I am having such a hard time staying within my points now because I feel hungry all the time. I have already lost 30lbs with the program but now I am struggling. I was hoping that maybe there are some appetite suppressants on the market that really do work. I don't want to be throwing my money away on things that don't really help and I just can't bare the thought of gaining the weight back when I have come so far and still have a ways to go. Please help.

Congrats on the 30 lbs! That is a huge deal! When I lost a lot af weight, I ate high-protein, and I was never hungry. When you are craving a carbohydrate, eat protein instead (Nuts, cheese, boiled egg) The key is to find the balance of healthy carbohydrates (veggies and fruit) that lets you lose weight. Cut out all the white flour and sugar, and I promise your appetite will fade. Good Luck!

Congrats on the 30lbs! I have been using Relacore for about a week now and have no more cravings for sweets and I no longer obsess about food you know the feeling you have to eat when you are not hungry.. its gone and in that week I have lost 3lbs. I lost about 40lbs a year ago by counting calories and my gosh it was hard because I was fighting "hunger" all the time well I gave up on it and since have gain the weight back but I think it will work this time with the Relacore plus it has upped my mood and libido. You can get it a Walmart, K mart or most drug stores. Keep up the great work and hope this helps you.

I eat lots of vegetables. The nice thing about that is, I can eat all I want and still lose weight. I've lost nearly 40 lbs and am keeping it off. I am not hungry either. I eat very little fat and keep my carbs low. I get all the protein I need and feel great. Plus, being diabetic, it makes my blood sugar easy to manage.

Go see a doctor and ask for a prescription for Phentermine. It is very strong and works great. I took it and in the past I tried Weight Watchers, working out 3-4x/week and nothing every happened. Yeah, I had harder muscles, but that isn't what I wanted. Well, after taking the Phentermine for 5 months, I lost 28 lbs. If you don't want to go to a doctor, take Metabolife.

Try the core program w/ weight watchers.. you dont have to count your points, and you can eat as much (of their list of foods) as you want... I have also lost 30lbs on core.. and I didnt feel hungry.. I eat every 2- 2 1/2 hours... make sure you eat 5 fruits/veggies a day.and drink lots of water...good luck..i know its not easy..

You possibly joyful to right here this. CHOCOLATE! But no longer a bar of chocolate. Pure subtle cocoa. And drink it as a side of a balanced nutrition with skimmed milk. Real cocoa is an obtained style and don't be tempted so as to add to so much sugar. It is chiefly well at night time, however please drink it carefully, there quite is not any alternative for activity, kind of meals and do drink water!

I have the opposite problem! Gaining weight. I learned from other friends that I would have to put myself on a schedule and sticking to it. It worked I went from a size 16 slim in childerns to a size 7 in juniors . You need to make a schedule for yourself, Breakfast at 8:00 a.m., Lunch at 1:p.m. and dinner at 6:00p.m. no snacks and walking. Start off walking at a pace which is confortable for you then speed it up to a faster pace. Good Luck! You can do it!!

Real cocoa is an got taste and do not be tempted to add to much sugar. It's particularly excellent at night, but please drink it in moderation, there fairly isn't any alternative for undertaking, type of meals and do drink water!

try hydroxycut you can buy for about 20.00 a bottle at walmart. works well with slim fast, that's what i've combined it with, just to boost it up a bit.
