I'm in London and its warm and sunny - how about just have an icecream?

Well folks, thanks for all your suggestions - I ended up by having a packet of crisps - Slow Roasted Lamb Flavour with Moroccan Spices and cheesecake yoghurt. Not healthy - but oh so tasty and satisfying!!

An ice cream sounds just fine.
Pig out later. It's Friday. Whatever you have for dinner tonight, have it with a bottle of wine. You haven't got to get up in the morning. YIPPEE!

If you're not eating enough good, nutritious, regular meals, then maybe you should. If you've tried skipping lunch before and found yourself tired and lethargic at the end of the day you might want to get something, too. But if you're generally eating well and you're just not hungry enough to eat, there's no need to force yourself. Consider a small snack or something, though. :)

Depends when you last ate, now doesn't it. If you're trying to diet, then yes you should eat a little something, even if it's only some fruit or something boring like that. If you're in hospital on some sort of drip, then no, don't.

Lunchtime, where are you at, it's only 7:30 in the morning by me what the heck beam me up Scottie, I want it to be lunchtime too!!!!!!!!!! Eat some fruit or something if your not hungry that's what I do.

I would go for a fruit / veggie in that case. Or even some 100% natural juice. Just so that you don't feel a-social for not eating... :)

Take something or fills in your stomach favourably,just to ease your (precious) stomach,just to keeps away from feeling discomfort,or likely later would contributes to gastric,esophagitis

YOU REALLY NEED TO EAT SOMETHING ANYWAY TO KEEP UP UR ENERGY BUT IF U DONT HAVE TIME TO EAT OR U JUST DONT FEEL LIKE EATING ENSURE IS A GOOD SOURES OF ENERGY THE ENSURE DRINK COMES IN MANY FLAVERS.

well you have to eat when youre hungry, so it depends whether you want to eat later or just do it now and get it over with.
