It probably has all the information on the bottle, but I am guessing it is a Fluoride gel, prescription strength. You would want to brush this on your teeth after you brush your teeth normally. Brush with it for at least a minute and spit out the excess. Do not rinse after wards. Do not eat or drink anything for at least 30 minutes. It will help strengthen the teeth, reducing cavities and decalcification.

I bet its omni gel its so when they take your braces off you don't have stains on your teeth where the braces were.
