do the christains here believe there was a link between the war on terror and an invasion of a soverign counrty that had nothing to do with terrorism?

If so, please explain it to me

Don't get me wrong, the invasion of Afganistan was correct and fully supported, but what was the link with Iraq?

Saying Iraq had nothing to do with terrorism is not supported by the facts.

Iraq had ties to al Qaeda, and had in fact established a training camp for them. Iraq sent money to families of Pali suicide bombers, to encourage them.

This has been pretty well established.

Now, Iraq was also grossly violating the terms of the UN brokered ceasefire from Gulf War 1, and repeatedly violated UN resolutions, also. His failure to fully disclose his WMD stockpiles and facilities, and his failure to have proven he'd destroyed the stockpiles he'd had, as well as his violations of the no-fly zones, were all actions that could result in recommencement of hostilities to force compliance.

So, nobody claimed that Iraq had a direct link with 9/11. I don't know where that meme came from. But the facts clearly show that Iraq supported terrorism, had ties with al Qaeda, and violated cease-fire agreements.

the invasion of Afghanistan was a hoax, we had no intention of finding Al Qeada and bombed the wrong places for 2 solid months while OBL and his gang slipped away.
the Taliban did not declare war on the USA, in fact, the Taliban wanted to negotiate with the USA about turning over OBL but the USA said no negotiations (WHY?)
the USA did not defeat the Taliban, the Northern Alliance did that
we still have not found OBL or his gangsters hiding there and NOW the USA is pulling out and turning the country over to NATO
so what the hell did we invade Afghanistan for?
GOOGLE: Unocal Afghanistan Gas Pipeline for the answer
OBL was just an excuse
Our invasion of Iraq is even more disgusting

Propoganda. The three ingredients that fuel propoganda keep governments in power. 1. Propoganda needs a slogan; War on Terror. 2. Repeat often. How many times a day or in a week do you hear those three words? 3. You need an Enemy. By identifying a common enemy negative feelings, fear and hatred deflect attention from the powers that be. In other words, enemies justify the actions of the government which in turn makes them look like they are in control and doing what they are supposed to do. Mind you, other reasons may be for oil, or placing strategic military positions in the middle east...

No, and submit to in innovations those by no skill got here upon "guns of mass destruction"? isn't it mind-blowing that if Iraq has such assorted ties with terrorists and if terrorists extremely did the attacks that no guns of mass destruction were used.
