Your biggest problem will be finding one. I've been looking for the best part of 3 years now and there doesn't seem to be any around. I was hoping to get the bars on my octopuses cage painted. In the end I did it myself and I charged roughly around a fiver an hour. Imagine my surprise when I was told by a friend that that was in fact the going rate. I just made it up on the spot, which apparently is the industry norm. Hope that helps

My best friend and fiancee have a tiling and decorating business(they cover herts and north london mainly) they reckon its £100-£150 a day its usually priced by the job and not hourly rate,as if you do it at an hourly rate if its a cowboy doing it then he will drag out the job for as long as he likes

Between 8-12 quid an hour for a Brit'.If you look for a Pole,Slovak or Czech you will get it done just as well for 5-6 quid per hour.

£20 per hour for a skilled craftsman.
Anybody charging a lot less should be viewed with suspicion.
If you pay peanuts you get monkeys.
