umm maybe she HATES bathing
if you are using cold water to wash your cat that could also irritate it. instead of using a sponge to scrub your cat rub shampoo on the cat instead it is of course all Hairy and stuff

My kitty jumps up onto the bath edge while Im having a shower (my showers in the bath) & meows at me till I get out. This suprises me because she gets wet & cats are meant to hate water?!?!?! Perhaps this is my you puss meows, cause she doesn't like water?

My cat used to do that only after I got in the tub and was laying there relaxing. She would stand with her front paws on the side and look in, all big eyed and meow like crazy....I think she was amazed and a little worried, that i was covered in that wet stuff.

It's probably something about the noise that bothers her. My cat meows and runs out of the room when I empty the dish washer. Especially when I am doing the silverware. She hates that sound.

Sometimes plumbing can cause a high pitched whine when the waters running. Sometimes this tone is low enough for you to hear and it can be quite annoying.
It may be that this tone is too high for you to hear but the cat could be the one driven nutz.
Try running the water more slowly, or confining your cat to a room whose walls do not harbor water pipes, since the sound will travel down pipes.

I am not sure but i have learned about my own cat that he is a pervert. when i lived at my parents house he always wanted in the bathroom just when me and my sister were taking a bath.

It used to really concern my cat when I took long, hot showers. He would let me know when to stop.
Sounds like your cat doesn't like you taking a bath. Lock her out of the bathroom if she is annoying you.

The sound of the water probably annoys ur cat. Maybe she's tryin to tell u to cut the water off. LOL

Maybe your cat is like my dog. Any time that anyone gets into any water when he is around, he will bark like crazy and it drives me crazy too. He just does't want anyone to drown so maybe your cat just wants you to be safe.
