Hell Yes!
READ:
Kill the Entire Town if One Person Worships Another God
Suppose you hear in one of the towns the LORD your God is giving you that some worthless rabble among you have led their fellow citizens astray by encouraging them to worship foreign gods. In such cases, you must examine the facts carefully. If you find it is true and can prove that such a detestable act has occurred among you, you must attack that town and completely destroy all its inhabitants, as well as all the livestock. Then you must pile all the plunder in the middle of the street and burn it. Put the entire town to the torch as a burnt offering to the LORD your God. That town must remain a ruin forever; it may never be rebuilt. Keep none of the plunder that has been set apart for destruction. Then the LORD will turn from his fierce anger and be merciful to you. He will have compassion on you and make you a great nation, just as he solemnly promised your ancestors. "The LORD your God will be merciful only if you obey him and keep all the commands I am giving you today, doing what is pleasing to him." (Deuteronomy 13:13-19 NLT)
======================
Kill Nonbelievers
They entered into a covenant to seek the Lord, the God of their fathers, with all their heart and soul; and everyone who would not seek the Lord, the God of Israel, was to be put to death, whether small or great, whether man or woman. (2 Chronicles 15:12-13 NAB)
===============================
Kill Followers of Other Religions.
1) If your own full brother, or your son or daughter, or your beloved wife, or you intimate friend, entices you secretly to serve other gods, whom you and your fathers have not known, gods of any other nations, near at hand or far away, from one end of the earth to the other: do not yield to him or listen to him, nor look with pity upon him, to spare or shield him, but kill him. Your hand shall be the first raised to slay him; the rest of the people shall join in with you. You shall stone him to death, because he sought to lead you astray from the Lord, your God, who brought you out of the land of Egypt, that place of slavery. And all Israel, hearing of this, shall fear and never do such evil as this in your midst. (Deuteronomy 13:7-12 NAB)
2) Suppose a man or woman among you, in one of your towns that the LORD your God is giving you, has done evil in the sight of the LORD your God and has violated the covenant by serving other gods or by worshiping the sun, the moon, or any of the forces of heaven, which I have strictly forbidden. When you hear about it, investigate the matter thoroughly. If it is true that this detestable thing has been done in Israel, then that man or woman must be taken to the gates of the town and stoned to death. (Deuteronomy 17:2-5 NLT)

There are so many angles one could look at for this question. My thoughts and beleifs about God are rather untraditional.
My very honest opinion is that the war against Iraq is completely wrong. I believe that Bush played on our country's unity after 9-11to undertake this war on behalf of his father - since in his term he didn't succeed!
I do not believe that war is ever ethical, I do not believe that it is conducive to God but separates us from God. I believe that, if we imagine for a moment that God were sitting here in human flesh, that we would all be "disciplined" for using physical aggression to resolve our issues rather than tolerance or voice- you know, its what we teach our children in kindergarten-
Use your voice, not your hands
Do not hit others, and if someone hits you - tell (we do that because an adult can provide an appropriate consequence, kids are not mature enough to refrain from hitting back)
Its ok for someone to have different culture, likes, religions, etc
I do not think what was happening in Iraq undure Sadaam was right- I would hope that we are able to establish a better for of world government so should any national leader abuse people in any way under the defined global laws, that leader is impeached and or issued a strong consequence. Sadaam killed people, beheaded people in public- THAT IS INSANE! He needed to be stopped and I do believe that stopping him is Godly-
Here's a great Quote:
BOMBING FOR PEACE IS LIKE #&CKING FOR VIRGINITY
All the best!

Bush merely uses the Christian religion to further his own political agenda. He may actually be delusional enough to believe that God called on him to destroy Iraq, but his actions are anything but Christian. For example, the Ten Commandments forbid lying, stealing, and killing. However, he stole the election in 2000 and then sent thousands off to die in a war that was based on a lie. And not only that, but when the Book of Genesis states that God gave us dominion over the earth, that doesn't mean that we can do whatever the hell we want with it. It means that we are stewards and that it is our job to take care of our planet. Dubya isn't exactly practicing good stewardship when he allows the big oil companies and major corporations to f**k up the planet. Bush exemplifies perfectly the hypocrisy of many of the Christian fundamentalists.

ummmmm.... sure he did... this is what happened.....
First, Bush picked up his sparkling white rotary phone (you know, the one with the halo and angel wings on it- the "God Hotline", as it were). He dialed God's phone number, which we all know is just #1, and waited for God's Secretary to answer......
She answered, put Bush on hold, and played some heavenly hold music for him while he waited for God to finish his conference call with some other folks......
Then, after a little small talk, some hashing back and forth over jobs and kids and what-not, Bush asked God if it was okay if he destroyed Iraq..... Well, God had to think about it for a few minutes, and then He told Bush just to oust Sadaam Hussein and help form a new government, while trying to keep the peace. Bush said "thank you, God", and hung up the phone...

Though shalt not kill.
Nobody has Gods permission to kill .
Except to defend and save your own people from attack .
However to destroy Iraq, is not necessarily Mr Bush's intention .
To destroy terrorists is
The barbarians, in the Arab world ,are destroying Islam ,
Who gave permission to destroy the twin towers and
other horrific terrorist acts ,all over the world ?
NOT GOD!
All over the world good people are being butchered by others ,
The perpetrators, are hiding behind 'religion', to give credence to their wickedness
Have they Gods permission to do this ? No way.
Whatever is done to harm others ,
They will be judged by God in time .
He will be displeased with all killers of innocents.,

No if any world leader was to try to get permission from God to destroy any country, they probably would be shot down with lighting and meteors.
As for Happy Wahhaby, for the bible verses in Deut. and 1st Chronicles that was the old testament (old covenant). We are living under the new covenant and if your any kind of Christian you'll understand that the biblical law is different after Jesus came!!! This is my commandment that you love one another. Jn 13:34.

The world is full of people who interprets the so called God´s word in order to justify crimes, oppression over women, slavery or even genocide. I think that even Hitler, if you look well, had permission from his gods and beliefs to do what he did. Of course Churchill believed that it was fair to allow Germans destroying English cities in order to hide that the government already knew about Nazi´s secret codes. Hundreds of years ago the Pope was allowed by God to hide science knowledge and to kill other people because of their beliefs. Perhaps Romans thought that Jupiter was behind their conquests!!!
See, every culture try to justify its actions over other´s through their founding legends. And of course, reason has nothing to do with this nonsense. Death of so many people because of an economic reason, which is the main and only reason behind all the war machinery of all times, is at least unfair.
And even so, it would be convenient to listen to what Jesus is supposed to said, that we have to love each other as much as we love ourselves. Don´t you think that the Son of God had to mean something with his words???

Why on earth if there is a God, and this God is good, would this God give permission to kill thousands of innocent people.
It makes no sense.
Unless, it IS time. And this is Gods way of plucking the good from earth and leaving the bad behind. You're still here and I'm still here.. hmmm

Yes. he was chosen by God to be president so he is entitled to commit any immoral act he believes is suitable to achieve his agenda. The death of hundreds of thousand of innocents? So what, they are just collateral. Control of the world's supply of oil is a much loftier and holy ambition for the Chosen One to attain. Human life is cheap by comparison. Besides, the preponderance of deaths occur among the Muslim population. They are the Antichrist
