I don't think there is ONE healthiest single food you can eat. I mean if you want HEALTHY, you need to eat more than on particular food. If you eat one particular food only, then you will end up getting too much nutrition from that one food and delete the nutrition from what other foods give you. That is my answer and I'm sticking to it.

Besides the fat maybe, eggs. They contain every nutrient except for vitamin C and calcium (which is in the shell instead). Milk is really close too. Eat milk and eggs together!
