overeating at night is the worst thing you can do because you dont burn that many calories when you sleep. as a result, all of it converts to fat. try to eat your biggest meal early in the day and then eat smaller meals for lunch and dinner. also, try not to eat anything after 8pm.

Hi,
Try to keep walking about 10~15mins and drink some tea to help you digest. Don't go to bed and it's no good for your stomach.

are you referring to sleep-eating ? if so, this can be a side effect to some newer sleeping pills. or it could be a symptom to an underling disorder such as depression.

i go to sleep. i exercise enough during the day to get rid of that unused energy.

firstly it can sit on your chest and affect your breething,and as your not useing the calories your body stores it all as fat and you gain weighht very quickly.

If you overeat at ight, you cannot do it, leave aside overdo IT all night.
