Take your toddler to see the Dr. as soon as possible...
It is not normal to have green bowel elimination.
And when you observe the stool, observe for this:
Colour, amount, odour, consistency, frequency...the toddler`s mood, temperature, appetite, resting time, does he sleep? how many hours? does he awakes often? Is he irritable, cries a lot? Is he losing weight?
Make a note of the toddler`s signs and symptoms and give to his physician.
Good luck

I think he ate something green. In other words I am saying, don't worry about the color, at least he is pooping, which mean he is healthy. Its when he doesnt' pee or poop, that you have to worry about.

Either he ate something green or he's developed an intolerance/allergy to a certain food. Have you introduced any new foods to his diet lately? It could also mean he has a stomach bug.

I would assume that the child ate a green type vegetable and now it is showing up in its bowel movement. If that is the case I wouldn't worry.

The baby's either eating to much green food or foods with to much iron. If it has mucous in it then you need to see a doctor if not just watch what he eats.

well normally if it is dark green your babie is most likely gettin to much iron also it can be his/her diet but frequently it will happen dont worry about it . but if you do continue to worry talk to the babies pediatrican just to reasure yourself i have two childer one is 9 the other soon to be 6 and im pregnant again and i remember those days enjoy them and relax im sure this is one of the normall bowel movments and they will become more frequent the older he/she becomes and the more solid foods he/she eats good luck hunn! and best wishes to you both.
