yes it is safe to whiten teeth.. i use this stuff over the counter all the time and it has not did anything to hurt my teeth...but if you are concerned call a dentist and ask him about this and he should be able to help you..

Yes. Use crest white strips. there are the best. Remember if you have a lot of fillings your teeth may become sensitive. Remember to discontinue use for two or three weeks if they become very sensitive to hot and cold. Otherwise, there shouldn't be any problem.
Remember that fillings won't whiten.

It is safe with good and reliable product .Actually to be on safe side, i suggest you to visit a dentist where u will get a good and a long lasting wihitening.
He will aslo use a finishing product which will help in reducing, mild post operative sensitivity of teeth caused due to bleaching.
