Last year I once read that walnuts are an appetite suppresent.
And I tried it and it worked (recommend it) A year later I am sick to the teeth of eating walnuts.
Does anyone know of any other appetite suppresents? I have read that water is good? But I find it boring.
Any answers appreciated!

Hoodia is the best appetite suppressent on the market. I love Dietex by VPX is a great blend of Hoodia for appetite and another incredible compound called Sceletix (pronounced Skell-leet-ix). Sceletix acts as a serotonin re-uptake inhibitor to make you feel great even though you have eaten far less than you normally do. The actions of Sceletix also balance brain chemicals to control food addictions.

walnuts may be a appetite suppresent but they are also high in calories....i would just snack on celery stalks or something that is not fattening at all.. i know there is fat burners but they can tend to make you very nervous.. my doctor does not approve of them at all...have you ever tried the flavored water.. it is real good and maybe that would help not make water so boring..
