Go out and get you some beehives. Honey that comes from your own hives is the best. Just don't eat to much of it and get sick of it like I did!! lol

Viscosity is checked (by letting a drop trickle down a wall),
& it should not crystallize.
But u know, both these methods of determining purity require some experience.

Bring honey near a bee .If it is attracted it must be genunine honey.

get one stick of matches, deep it inside the bottle of that honey and light it, if it brings light, that honey is a genuie one, but if it doesn't brings light, the honey is not good
