Thats not a tough question...i think. Just that girls need to do be frank and open, rather not to wait for a guy to approach, convince and try to be the lead. If you think you are kind of attracted to someone, and you bet, if you are decent enough, a simple look, or a sweet smile, or some gesture (which I think comes from within), can make this work.
