what do you mean house-dogs? i hope you walk them as this behaviour is due to stress almost definately. They may need to excercise more, but it may also be the signs of a skin problem so take the little one to the vet for a check-up and if there is nothing wrong, maybe you need to look at the situation the dogs are in. Is the larger one a bully? do they eat in the same room at the same time as the more dominant one should get fed first. Also where does the dog sleep, it should be somewhere quiet in the house where he feels safe. Or has something major happened in the house. Relationship break-up? new addition to the family? is someone ill? all of these things can have an impact on your dog. Try to get to the root of it,.

He's obviously got some sort of allergy, I have along haired cat that use to do the same thing. It turned out he was allergic to flea bites. Take him to the vet, he will be able to help you. Mine did now my cats all fluffy again. All I need to do now is keep using what ever he prescribes for your dog and he'll be fine.
