Well, if you want to know where they go to the bathroom, the answer is anywhere they want.
Now if you want to know if bees DO go to the bathroom, the answer is yes. If you look at the internal structure of a bee you see it all ends at the rectum. Don't expect to see a bee expell any liquid waste though, their anatomy isn't that complex.

I just had to say!! I loved all of the answers you received. However I was going to say in your TEA! Most people like us love honey in our hot beverages. Now, if you ask someone who knows about bee's they will tell you that bee's expel waist in much the same way we do do do. Ha ha ha! Hmm, (clearing my throat before the laughter begins) Although much smaller, context wise, it is returned in the fluids that produce our much beloved sweetener. Now don't take my word for it. My eyes are bad and have been for some time. If I were to look I wouldn't beeeee able to see weather they do or they don't. Those small little guys scare the pahookie out of me, and I don't usually stay around long enough to watch. So check out a Bee's Life at the library.
My own personal opinion?!? They go on any thing they want!
