I like to belive so yes.... but I also like to think people can change. if the record is a long one... I would Really realllly concider thinking of continuing a relationship for the simple fact i dont want to be on that list of who he cheated on.

For crying out loud, let a relationship develop before you feel the need to 'own' another person. That's what courtship is for, to learn about the intricacies of each other.

Yes, they will. But attitude also plays a part, I mean if they put in *effort* to stopping what ever they did then they just made a mistake. I've never done it and so don't know their mindset, but I do set my mind on things and I know that when we put in effort it's because we're serious.

If you are gonna be so hung up on a persons background and "track record", THEN YOU ARE GONNA MAKE YOURSELF MENTAL!!!

yes more than likely some people don't change. Some men mature and treat the one they love differently than past relationships

whats a back ground check gonna do for ya? So he did something bad, cleaned up his act and moved on with life...You meet a person with a clean back ground.....He turns into a murderer? hmmmm
