This gives an analysis of of sandwich panels for a self-supporting residential roof:

http://www1.umn.edu/iree/pdfs/solar6.pdf#search='Aluminum%20sandwich%20panel%20foam%20roof'

This one does not make clear whether it's designed for walls or roofs:
"1) Standard size: 1220 x 2440mm
2) Max. width: 1550mm
3) Max. length: 6000mm
4) Surface: PVDF or polyester coated
5) Core: fire-resistant polyethylene or normal polyethylene
6) Panel thickness: 3mm or 4mm(standard)
7) Aluminum thickness: 0.21-0.50mm" (1)

The following site will give you specs, but you must register. There doesn't seem to be a fee:
http://www.apipanel.com/login.php?referrer=panel_specs

That ought to get you started. Also, I found different sites when I used "Aluminum sandwich panel foam roof" and "Aluminium sandwich panel foam roof" so use both spellings.
