Do you mean, the earthly marriages are approved by heaven? If this is your question: I don't think heaven cares fort our earthly ceremonies and finally has to decide, if the marriage in front of the State or the one in front of a Church is the true one.
Do you mean marriages of souls after death? If this is your question: I understood from modern prophet Jakob LORBER's revelations, that souls after death don't care any more about having company with other souls for economic or love reasons. So they do not marry any more in heaven.

No, I don't believe so. But I Know marriage is ordained by God. Proverbs 18:22 says, "Whoso findeth a wife findeth a good thing, and obtains favor of the Lord."

yes, especially traditional muslim and hindu ones where the bride and groom never meet before the wedding and are traded between families depending on who has money and status. Thats Gods favorite way to play match maker. Just imagine the wonderful first night for the woman, oh boy she just must be so happy to have intercourse with a perfect stranger, isnt god great?
