love is a far deeper feeling for something or someone.
the difference is in the intensity.

Hi there,
I think I've got for u an answer. My opinion of liking a guy is liking his looks and his appearance. Sometimes you may think that he is the perfect guy for u, and u r in love with him. But if u meet another guy at the sametime as meeting the first guy and liking him too, then u will understand the difference between loving and liking someone. Well, about love its different, because u may love someone who in your own eyes looks perfect to you. But in other peoples' eyes he is just okay. Also you will accept all the good and the bad habits of that person without minding it. Another thing that u will notice about loving a guy is that you can't stay away from him for a long time you always long for his warmth. This is what i call love. I hope that my opinion answers your question.

Not something many can define but here is an example
You might like a set of china dishes....loving them is not something that is possible, because love is a two way thing.
You love your girlfriend, because she can return the love, the dishes cant...

u've asked a real gud ques...!!! there just a bit difference b/w infatuation and love....
Infatuation...is just a word for a euphoric feeling when u r wid the person whom u really admire...whtever sense it may be...as in i think david beckham is really hot...n dats y i like him...bt i dnt love him cos...i dunno his bad side...!!
Loving is not about loving a perfect person...its loving an imperfect person perfectly...u accept the person's all faults...n u still like him...dats love...
but incase of infatuation...u just luk towards the gud side...n ignore d bad one...u dnt accept whts bad in d person bt always except good...dats not love!! dats jst liking...
