Any fruit or vegetable than Mother Nature provides for you should be eatten everyday. Preferrably raw, because it has the most vitamins and minerals still it in vs. cooked, canned, frozen!
If you have to cook it...then try to only steam it...thus keeping in the nutrients! Make sure your getting enough protein. A little turkey or chicken is good to eat everyday...not so much for the red meat. It's harder on your digestive tract to have that daily.
A multi-vitamin doesn't hurt!
And make sure you drink plenty of fluids....deluted juices...you want to make sure you don't get to much of the sugars in them, tea, milk and I know you said anything other than water....but that's the best thing you can have for your body to keep yourself hydrated and all your parts running smoothly. The fiber your eatting in your fruits and veg. needs to be diluted and flushed with water. You don't want issues not being able to go to the bathroom.
If you don't like plain water.....throw a spash of juice in it or lemon.
They've got something on the markey by Glassier and Sobe. They are vitamin waters....they've got them in many flavors...and they are quite good. I enjoy them.

Oh, yeah! LOTS of things can be eaten every day and you will remain healthy! Green vegetables...eat all you want....green tea..iced is yummy..add a little honey if you want to. I would cut out all red meat and eat fish or chicken..potatoes are actually GOOD for you if you don`t pile on butter and ranch dressing..try a little yogurt and chopped onion...it`s really good. Try to stay away from salt..that`s hard for allot of people..don`t beat yourself up over it if you have to taper off slowly. Apples are great, too, lots of fiber in them.There are sooooo many more really good foods that can be eaten daily and do you so much good...id you want to know more,just Email me, ok? 5 plus a day of fruit and vege the more the better
5 of breads and cereals ,pasta,brown bread ,lentils, nuts,low gi cereal ,crackers etc
3 of diary milk yoghurt cheese etc
3 of meat and poultry includes eggs =(2 in one day is enough and 1 serve)
2 of fats oils and sweets
1 serve will fit into your hand cheese slices =2 serves etc
plus lots of water at least 8 glasses a day
thats what your dayly intake should be stick to that and exercise fruit is fresh fruit not juice or dried

Drink...Unsweetened Green tea...iced or hot

fruit an veg, but ya can eat as much weight watchers jelly as ya like coz it gt no fat in it.
