I would fit all women with a zip for easy child birth. I would fit every man with a tv remote. and I would get a volume control for every child.
Interchangeble parts might also be an option.

I'll put our private parts on our fore-heads and make one leg 5inches longer for women. The men can now grow hair on their palms and have an airconditioner under their arms. No more PMS and menopause will be shifted to 90yrs, unless you are unfaithful to you lover, then it will commence 24hrs after your promiscuity. A mans erction will now occur on their left big toe (and right big toe, for left handed people). You will then be able to tell an erection from limping. ...........should I go on?

When I had my babies, I thought it would be a good idea to have an extra arm attached in the maternity unit - useful when breastfeeding, changing etc. It could be removed when you didn't need it any more!
Also I would make poo smell pleasant.
