Lots of fast food, like McDonald's, pasta, eggs, foods with lots of sugar. Meat with lots of fat on it. Always drink soda, and lots of it.

I just did EXACTLY that. Of course I'm as big as a house and it was unintentional but I just went through a major life change, was not working and basically was using food as...a hobby!
I'm not sure why you want to become fat. It isn't really a healthy thing to do.
But I was the type of person, before, who could whatever i wanted and people were still calling me a concentration camp victim because I was so skinny.
But I got depressed and
1. Basically moved from my bed to a Lazy boy in the living room a few times a day....very slowly.
2. From the Lazy boy I would make my way to the kitchen (I live with my Grandma so she buys all kinds of goodies) and I would just eat pile after pile of ice cream, entire bags of cookies with whole milk.
3. If I had to leave the house for some reason I would always be sure to stop by Arby's or McDonald's and order two or three large burgers or whatever with multiple sides.
4. Candy, Candy, Candy. Every day I would eat two bags of Sour Gummy Worms.
Obviously I was able to stay home and be a complete bum for those two months which is not something everyone can do. But I had just been through a tragic experience in my life that I won't get into. But, that's how i went from being at 5ft. 4" 120 pounds to a whopping 165.
However, For the last two weeks I've been biking every day for about 3 miles and eventually I have a 10 mile per day goal. I'm also working. And MOST importantly I'm eating veggies, fruits and all those foods that are healthy and not full of pure lard. No more candy either. No buttered popcorn at the movies.
I feel better, look better and I'm on my way to being a very healthy, thin but not anorexic 38 year old women.
That's my story. I wish you all the best and please stay healthy if you can. Perhaps if you need to gain this weight so bad for some reason you could use foods like milk and protein drinks like Boost Plus.
I also think you need to consult a Doctor before you do anything. Promise?

So you want to become fat or just overweight? or do you just want to bulk up? if you want to get fat and overweight then eat nothng but **** food ie.....McD's and all the ice cream you can eat, that will get you fat, but if you want to bulk up and stay healthy, then there are plenty of products on the market that will help you bulk up and gain weight but still stay healthy, because getting FAT and Overweight, not good.

Dont eat sugar foods thats just a burst of energy. Try eating mcdonalds, peanut butter, fish "n"chips, potato chips and proccessed meats like ham etc, alot white bread nothing thats low GI.

Protein Milkshakes. Make a full-fat ice cream milkshake and add a protein powder. Have two of these a day and you will gain weight pretty quick!

Stop twitching, ticking & jittering - I reckon you are a person who is thin already and needing to gain weight - my experience says that you'll probably fidgit a lot and probably, regularly forget to eat. Well, REMEMBER TO EAT ALL THE TIME.

Its simple to get fat. Drink herbalife shake after each meal. In no time you will achieve your desired weight healthily and no unwanted calories.

eat high calorie food like bread and rice also sweets and oily food check for nutritional values calories are the only thing that matter for weight gain and loss is what i heard
