You should regularly take an over the counter allergy medication.. or if that doesn't help you should get a prescription allergy med. And although you don't think it's a panic attack you can't be 100% certain. Panic attacks can really mess with you and cause you to have physical stress related problems with breathing and more... but if you refuse to believe that it's a panic attack you could be right.. If you question your doctor it is always good to get a second opinion.. doctors may be experts but they are also human and aren't always correct. Good luck

See a specialist that treats allergies. They will test you to find out exactly what you are allergic to and come up with a treatment plan. As far as the panic attack - if you are having severe allergy symptoms - such as difficulty breathing - it is normal for your body and mind to react as in a panic attack.
For the shaver allergy - try using an antihistamine or anti-itch cream after shaving.
Over the counter benadryl - dyphenhydramine or Claritin works very well. Consider trying this while you wait for your appointment with the allergist.

OK you do need a new Doctor find someone who will see you before conducting an allergy test. The good doctors normally have a long waiting list. i would find one set up an appointment but if you have problems before the appointment go to an urgent care clinic or your primary Dr. You need to find an allergist who listens to you. You may also look into a homeopathic doctor but a lot of insurances do not cover that well. If your in Texas I may have some names.

I don't want to be an alarmist but get yourself to a PULMEROLOGIST (chest specialist) fast... Doctor's are human and they do make mistakes but your condition can become serious and sometimes but rarely, fatal. I am alergic to sabutamol as well and I was put on an IV containing subatamol and ended up in ICU. You need to have an IGE count done on your blood to determine your allergic reactions. This will confirm many answers and also put your mind at rest.

Go see your local chiropractor, for heaven's sake. Follow his instructions, and you'll be well on your way to health. If you can't do this because of some bias or what not, then look at what you eat. If you're living on burgers, fries, partially hydrogenated oils and doritos, that needs to change to fresh fruit, vegetables, whole grains and plenty of fish or fish oil, with your multivitamins and drink water, for heaven's sake, drop the can of pepsi!

Try an allergist. doctors in general practice are only as good as thier previous experience. Surprsingly most do not understand physiology at all - I have a degree in it and was appalled at what some do not know . good luck

I would change it, yes. Your health is a critical part, and if it were to fail on you, that wouldn't be a good thing now would it. Don't leave it up to them to set everything up, take the responsibility yourself and do everything that's needed to get what you need.
