No. But the newer intel macs will allow you to run both operating systems.

You can with the use of an emulator such as Virtual PC or QemuX etc, however their usefulness has lessened since the Intel Macs can dual-boot to MacOSX or Windows. Despite what you may hear about emulators they are usable if you have a CPU 1GHz or faster, but it will be slow and definitely useless for games.
However... if it's ancient DOS software you want to run then you can use DosBox, it runs old DOS software at full speed, even games, on a 1GHz or faster CPU, but it's not recommended for running Windows.

Virtual PC will do it, but the results are PAINFULLY slow.. so don't bother... if you really want to run PC applications and Windows on a Mac, invest in the MacBook or MacBookPro... it has a new Intel processor and is the first time that a Mac can "really" run PC apps on it.
Then you get the best of both worlds.
