I've heard that this is done in some communities to the johns who pick up prostitutes, and it is apparently very effective.
You could set up a website to post the pictures. Of course, you might incidentally capture the photos of some welfare collectors who are looking for under-the-table work to supplement their welfare money, but that would be a plus, too. Welfare workers could check out the site and nail the double dippers.
Hmmm, what else could you do with this information? Any suggestions?

D H: Why would I be arrested? Why is it okay and legal to take pictures of johns and prostitutes? I think it is a free country and I can take pictures of my community, if I want to, especially out in a public place, especially if I am not on Home Depot's property. Photographers take photos of celebrities out in public all the time and they are not arrested for that. I can understand not being allowed to take pictures inside a business, such as in a tavern or store, but if I am on the sidewalk or street, I would not be breaking any laws.

It's a GREAT idea!!! (Don't listen to all these ILLEGAL lovers on here!! We KNOW those that are doing all the bitching on here, are married to illegals)
If EVERYONE does this, starts taking pictures and REPORTING those that hire them, that would put a STOP to a lot of it!!!
I would post the pictures of those that HIRE illegals,on the internet,and try to SHAME them!!!

Great Idea, I back you all the way. Only one catch: Home Depot is private property, not public, so they have the right to ask people not to take pictures.
Now, if these people were outside, that would be a different story.
Since when is taking pictures against human rights? Wow you people are really confused, no wonder why Mexico will take over our country!!
Oh, and if you want to see someone that does call them out, google out the video someone posted here the other day that does just that.
If you think this is just about intimidating us, then you don't know anything.

I think it's a great idea. I think that any employer that picks up workers in front of the home depot is breaking the law anyway. They are probably paying cash (illegal), they are not paying taxes on the person(illegal), they probably don't have liability insurance on that employer(illegal) they probably don't have workmans com coverage on that worker(illegal and not doing the worker any good).
Everything that I listed above are reportable offenses. IRS, Division Of Workmans Comp, INS, Department of Labor, ETC.
I think it's about time that people start realizing that the employers need to be held accountable. You go for it............
And if somebody's sixty year old grand mother is here illegally, then she needs to be sent home too.........

Why home depot?You can't pick up ppl for work at my home depot in NC;what kinda home depot do you have?Ours only sells home improvement junk.Weird.
I think you have way too much time on your hand if you're goona go around and take pictures of ppl.Are you some sort of sicko or what?First of all,everyone has a right to privacy.DO YOU want ppl sneaking around snapping pics of you picking your nose or cheating on your signifigant other,or whatever you do?
