i dont under stand why am i lossing my hair
with great speed for last six month i used to have long hair up to my shoulder they i felt like hair loss then i shaved my head two to three time in six month i use mult vitm .i cut hair every 15 day , i even oil my hir once a week , i use shampoo 3 day a week i even stand on my head to give my hair more blood i even message my head i went to hair specialist, doctors
i have tried every thing
one can feel the hair loss
if i loss my hair i would die help plz

everything u eat shows up in ur hair, so eat more fruit,vegtables,& meat...dont eat any sweets, like cake,cookies,candy...& dont drink stuff like sprite,dr pepper,mountain dew, root beet, all that isnt really that good on ur hair...& try eating Total cereal(i no they use it 2 loose weight)but it has tons of vitamins in it!!!on the box, it says it has about 12 out of 17 vitamins in it is 100%...
