Religion is set of rules for living daily life and defines limit for actions. If a religion says not to say bad that might hurt someones feeling, then it's a good practise. You'll handle some hard moments very effectively. I have made it my daily routine, try not to say bad and be strong in hard and strong moments, and I have all learnt form my religion. It's like a manual for living a life. like we have manuals for any software or machinery.

Im honestly not super religious i have my own beliefs and such but it is proven that those whom practice religion are more happy and well off to do then those whom dont. The reason behind this is religion gives you a support network and gives one hope and faith in something. It relieves some stress as you are spose to let go and let god as they say. It is a structure that allows you to not face things alone and to have someone who can give you some guidance which some of us at times will need.

As a Hindu we get up by looking at our palms and recite our prayers which are few lines in praise of lord to wish that the day goes well . Right from mouth wash face wash and morning ablutions we have laid down verses!!!!Even when taking bath we have psalms . We offer water to the SUN god (SANDHYAVANDHAN) Like that through out it is a routine. We attend to work but our mouth woud be all the time reciting the name of LORD RAMA All work is done and surrendered to HIM
We exist by HIS will . Since we donot know when our end would come we dont miss a minute to thank HIM It is a routine automatic one . Initially looks like mind is not attached But over a period of time it gets settled. THATS WHY HINDUS SAY
WORK IS WORSHIP SERVICE TO HUMANITY IS SERVICE TO GOD.Like Christians say HELP THY NEIGHBOUR

It doesn't effect a bit. We need to priortise our daily work and get it done as expected.

all over every day- living in western michigan i have the unfortunate necessity of dealing with suburbans and trailblazers speeding up on my back and cutting me off, only to top it all with some cheesy "Jezuhz dyed 4 y00" sticker and all while we pass the three churches that happen to be on any corner.
if you ask me, god would be much happier without any stickers, buildings, books, or names associated with it.

provided that a tremendous majority of persons spend tremendous quantities of time in R&S, without extremely travelling, asking and answering any questions in different sections of yahoo.solutions, i'd say plenty.
