after she sees you looking, immediately SMILE at her and then stop looking,walk around a bit then see if her eyes follow you,if your in a club or whatever...dont scare her by stareing too much after she looks

It depends. If you're good looking then go ahead and keep staring! Its flattering! If you're average, then feign a little interest. It's cute when a guy pretends he's not really interested. It sort of gives the impression that the guy doesn't hit on every girl and isn't an easy lay (big turn on).

When guys do this to me I think that something is wrong with them. Like a mental illness or something. I'm pretty but if you think so too and want me to notice you in a good Way walk-up to me and introduce yourself so I don't think your Ill. LOL

when your eyes meet raise your eyebrows a few times like tom selleck did in magnum then lick all around your lips..if she smiles or giggles thats a good sign she may be interested and your cue to go up and strike a conversation
