A girl had sex with a guy about 2 months ago and they got really close after that. They had some really deep conversation and he told her he loved her. After that, one night the girl got drunk and they had sex again but she remembers doing it! On June 10 they did it again. Anyways, he had told her that night he wanted to be with her and he only wanted her. He was going away for a while, about a month, to another state and she knew that. But he told her he wanted her when he came back and he swore he wouldnt do anything with anyone and she promised him too! Well this girl had a talk with this guy the other night and the guy told her that he can't loose this other girl ( who he was good friends with before... and they were honestly good friends for a long time) he said that he can't like 2 people but he always told me he didnt like her like that, but then he said she something to change his mind. and she isnt the type of girl who will just have sex with him or anything.

I can't see a reason to say he doesn't love you, but you didn't put a strong reason for which you can say that he loves you. The mistakes have been started from the begining, you shouldn't be having sex with someone before you confirm that he loves you, you shouldn't be deciding your love life when you are drunk. Now as the situation is, you don't have any other way then to wait and keep your promise. You shouldn't get in touch with any other man, that would complicate the whole situation, and don't get durnk either unless you find out what he things about you for sure.

You and him were in a relationship know as 'Friends with benefits'.

You dont deserve to be with that guy. He cant make his mind up and you're coming second best! No girl should come second best. You can do better than him! To me its seems like the guy was in love with the sex you and him had and not for real love. Don't run after him, let him come to you or try and get over it.

If he loves you he wouldn't have asked the other girl out. This guy in my opinion wants to enjoy sex with both of you, I know it is hard for you to dump him, but unless you want him for occasional sex leave him, the more you have sex with him the more you could get attached to him and the easier it will be for him to manipulate your feelings and emotions until you get hurt and suffer bad. You deserve better and, it is not your fault he is like that, that is just how he is and he will never change, and things will just get worse for you. Set yourself free from him, it is hard and you will hurt, but better hurt now then suffer more later on.

You are in very weak position in this case my friend, such triangle of love will come to mess. If the guys really a Man who has commitment and principles, he will never sleep or having relationship with other woman when he already have one.
Make decision, it will hurt but you`ll heal soon, before too late and You fallen in love with him too deep.
Remember, when a Man fallin` in love he would do anything to pleased his Baby, protect her from being hurt and tryin with his best to maintain her trust and confidence on him.
I know it my Friend coz I`m a man....

it's human instinct, you don't want what you can have. like you'd kill to be king, but when you're king, you don't wanna be king anymore. i hate to make this sound like a cold science, but hontesly, this is a perfect example. the guy prolly, did like you, and he had you. emotions, are a starnge thing. becuase sometimes when you're "in the moment", you say very intense things that you may or may NOT feel later on. you don't sound like a shallow lady, so you prolly aren't so naive that you can't tell the difference. you guys shared some pretty intimate instances, and at that moment when he said he that he loved you and wanted only for you to be his. he prolly "meant" it, at THAT time. "in the moment".

men's loyalties change pretty quick. women's don't. i'm a guy. i know. trust me. we have a shorter "interest span". it takes an emotioanlly very mature guy "to say and STICK with something like "it's only you" ". this guy wanted you. he got you. (wanted to be king. became king. doesn't wanna be king anymore.)

he's known the other girl for sometime and she's someone who won't give in to him. he leaves for a little while, gets "out of the moment". he's young, emotionally immature, prolly isn't even sure who he is himself. human instict kicks in. he wants what he can't have. (men always want women who do not submit to them and are emotionally strong.) this other girl, fits the profile.

he's been away from you. he forgets how great you are, cuz he's a shallow dimwit (excuse me, but i'm just being honest with you). and very frankly, someone who forgets a woman he's been with and promised so much to so quickly and/or is willing to give it up, doesn't deserve that girl.

i know it'll hurt. more than anyone can tell you. and no one will feel it like the way you do. and i'm not even saying it'll go away. it'll take time. you'll hurt, at nights, in solitary, even in crowds, but honetsly, this hurt, these nights, these silent tears, they'll prepapre you to "see" and "appreciate" the right guy, when he comes along. someone that would respect you and remeber you, cuz love in the larger scheme of things, is about desire grwoing into "remebering, respecting and appreciating' the woman that you promised eternity to. and it's about having fights, and brawls, and waking up to the same darn face every morning, BUT....when one fine day, you wake up and DON'T see that "darned" face there anymore, your world shatters and you hurt like hell and there's nothing on earth that can make you feel better except that one, truly lovely face, that you'd die to have by your side.

that's love.

YOU SHOULD NOT SIT AROUND AND WAIT FOR HIM TO MAKE UP HIS MIND. IF HE LOVED YOU AND WANTED TO BE WITH ONLY YOU SHE COULD HAVE SAID ANYTHING AND IT WOULDNT HAVE MATTERED TO HIM. HE IS WAITING TO SEE IF THE OTHER GIRL WANTS TO HAVE A RELATIONSHIP WITH HIM OR NOT. IF THIS OTHER GIRL DOESNT WANT HIM THEN HE WANTS TO HAVE YOU TO FALL BACK ON. YOU DONT DESERVE FOR HIM TO DO THAT TO YOU. HE MUST HAVE ANOTHER DEFINITION OF LOVE. DONT WAIT ON HIM

don't wait for him. the other girl is the one he really wants, if he can get her you'll never hear from him again, if he doesn't he'll be calling you. you deserve better then someone's second choice.
