Why do you believe drinking ANY FRIGGING kind of Soda is a SIN!
does any mormon realy know the TRUE WORD OF WISDOM???
When yer'all out on your missions, why the hell dont you EVER bring the ONLY ONE TRUE WORD OF GOD WITH YOU....THE HOLY BIBLE you dumbasses That pisses me off....PLZ, tell me. The book of mormon IS NOT THE WORD OF GOD so how can you live with yourself worshiping that damn book, Ya'll know WHO made that book? Where can I get ACTUAL DOCUMENTS about this so called GOD LIVING religion to show me that it is the ONE TRUE CHURCH?

I have a Mormon friend, pretty sure she drank soda with us all the time. Never said anything about. I did see her book in the car but she never talked to me about it. Where did it come from? Some guy found some tablet that no one else saw and than wrote the book? Sounds kinda like modern day Gnostic.
Hmm the Bible based on thousands of period written texts, written by ACTUAL witnesses, historical documents that MATCH or a Book made in the 1800's by one man claiming to be a prophet... and claiming he found writing of modern day American prophets. Where are these documents? Who wrote them? You can look for the answers but they never tell you.
I'm happy to see they do believe in the Bible, but the statement "the Book of Mormon was the most correct of any book on earth, and the keystone of our religion Mormonism, and a man would get nearer to God by abiding by its precepts, than by any other book" is a little out off track NO book is closer to God than the Bible.
Baptism for the dead?!! Come on!

I myself am a mormon, although I have not practiced for many, many years. About the soda thing, it is because of the caffine content. They don't believe in having any caffine, hot drinks(with caffine in them), or achocol.
I think that most mormons believe that they really know the true word of god. I live in Utah(mormon capital), and I can honesty say that theay only THINK they know, they DO NOT practice it. You would be surprized how many people I have seen down at the bar, or ended up pregant before they were married, which is also a sin.
About the missionary thing I have no idea. They bring the Book of Mormon along with the bible because they believe that Joseph Smith wrote that book and they believe it to be the true word of god.
So I hope this answers some of your questions, if you have more feel free to ask. My friends and I have had many debates over this, so you might get many different views.

You call yourself a Christian, but your spirit of hatred gives you away. Using words like "dumbass" and "damn" and "frigging" makes you someone I don't want to associate with.
However, in answering your questions:
• We do drink soda. The Word of Wisdom does not prohibit it. Even those things the Word of Wisdom does prohibit (alcohol, tea and coffee, tobacco) are not actually considered to be sinful. Some Mormons may assume that it is the caffeine in coffee which is prohited and thus avoid other drinks containing it. I don't.
• Missionaries carry the Bible with them at all times. They read it for an hour each day. Ask them to show it to you next time.
• We do not worship the Book of Mormon. We know who made it - God.
• If you want actual documents which prove that my religion is the one true church, I will ask you first to prove that God exists. Then, once you have successfully done that, you can ask him yourself.
If you contact me I would like to send you a copy of my conversion story.
Just noticed that you're answering questions on penis size, so that shows how seriously we can take you as a Christian. (AND will you STOP with the CAPITAL LETTERS!)
And rawnerves - baptism for the dead was practised in the early church. 1 Corinthians 15:29.

So yes we can have soda its called caffine free soda. And as for the Book Of Mormon dont say anything bad until you've read it and bothered to try to learn anything about the religion. Its called having faith in something other than yourself.

So let me get this straight, Mormons don't know the 'true word of wisdom' but you do? The book of mormon is not 'the word of God' because it's written by man, but the bible is because it was written by man? You're a fine example of 'christianity' by the way.

To claim the Book of Mormon is not real because it is a contrived fabrication of man is ignoring the fact that the bible also, both old testament and new, is a contrived fabrication of man.

Spoken like a true Christian.
Thanks for confirming, once again, the correctness of my decision to become an atheist.
Don't report her.
This should be a featured post so all Christians can offer their congratulations to her for representing their true beliefs so well.

Ah, well.... you know, I am not mormon... I wouldn't ever be, BUT you are giving christians a really bad rep here hon and it'd be best if you just delete this question. If you really want to know you should ask nicely, with a little freakin RESPECT.

These people used to come to my house everyday! Then one day I offered tham a beer (which I myself don't even drink) and they have never been back since. I guess my soul wasn't worth saving. (I will tell you, becuase I know someone will ask, the beer was for my sister and brother, we had a BBQ).
