People close their eyes when they kiss simply because there is sincerity when you do it. It is like when we speak with some one we look at them in the eye to see if they are telling the truth. But this time we close our eyes to feel the sincerity and the love and we gauge these with our emotions and emotions are best felt when we close our eyes so as not to be distracted. Also, we close our eyes to go dipper to elaborate what we are doing at what we feel we tend to be more expressive because we do not see what we do or our partner we tend to be creative when we close our eyes. So next time just close your eyes and try to feel the emotions rushing within you and try to connect to the emotions and feelings of your partner as well. Happy Kissing!!!!

I believe it occurs naturally to most people. It's not as if we think "okay, time to close eyes now". It just happens. Kissing with the eyes open, in my opinion, is felt deeper, makes the heart pound a little quicker, espeically being able to look into the eyes of someone you love.

We don't always, but here is a clue. If the eyes are closed you are thinking of the person you are kissing. If they are open they are thinking of someone else.

It's just natural...you're closing your eyes so you heighten the sense of taste and touch when you do. It's better that way...and yeah, kinda romantic and very 'traditional'...you'd be a total FREAK if you didn't...but then again, if you find someone who doesn't like closing their eyes, then BINGO! You've found a match!

To enjoy that kiss only and not to get carried away by anything else which might come in sight .
When you have to hit bull's eye , you just concentrate on target & not the surroundings .
Its all about , focus .

It is not a law,it is what u call fantasy pleasure. Most the times the two eyes are too close, so it is part of reflex action to avoid contact.

It is like most other things in life we do it because we see it done that way in movies. For some it is the feeling of romance, for others it is the dream of someone else. And also it feels weird looking at someone when we kiss.

the pupils of our eyes can dilate with pleasure so we close them to cut down the light but it can be nice to keep them open and see this happen in the other person. although i caught my bf watching tv while kissing last night...well i was looking at the decorating that needs doing...oh no!

it is hard to look eachother in the eyes when you kiss. you just can't help but to feel shy about it. so you close your eyes and it's not so bad.

i think we close our eyes when kissing so that we can concentrate on what we're feeling. when 1 sense is turned off the others heighten to compensate.
