falsifying warrants, falsifying charges, suppling illegal precursors to informants to set up other people, probation officer and officers planting evidence, probation officer admitted to illegal involvement under oath. our falsified charges over 3 yrs old and still pending after their guilt was proven and hidden

You can sue them under Under Title 42, United States Code, Section 1983.
18 U.S.C. Section 2235 makes it criminal to maliciously procure a warrant and 18 U.S.C. Section 2234 makes it a criminal offense to exceed the authority of a warrant.
You are going to need to get a good lawyer.

I think that if there were a solution to this problem it would have been taken care of a long time ago. it sad but when something like these happens to someone you lose hope in the system. and that what they (police officers and prosecutors)are wishing for because we don't or won't fight for your rights
