The cleavage has taken over as a sexual attraction now that the female walks upright and the buttocks are concealed under clothing. The shape of the female buttocks (As in the cleft) were the sexual attraction to the male when humans once walked on all fours.
So yes, a cleavage on display can send out confusing signals.
Whether people like it or not, the male & female are still guided by their animal instincts.

It depends on where you are. You don't want to show cleavage at work. Maybe in a club or something but don't be too tacky and let it all hang out. It can be sexy if you pull it off right.

I think a slow gradual build up does the job! First date keep em well under wraps...second a v slight hint...third a tiny peek at cleavage....fourth a wee tease v slightly more......get him wanting /wondering....slight titivation (scuse the pun)...in your face/his face is tacky...ten a penny....any one can do that....be sensual and alluring...works a treat! I say wear what makes you feel good without exposing too much.The only signal man should pick is that you are a very confident lady who knows how to look good and what she wants in life.

Sometimes a women wants to feel sexy, so she dresses sexy. A lot of women want the attention of men, but not necessarily their phone numbers, they just want them to look and nothing more. Not really fair to the men, but it does help the woman feel confident about herself....Sorry. :)
