There is no real answer to this question but what I have learned of what love is to me is...
(L)isten: and Validate them by hearing and empathizing.
(O)verlook: their minor character flaws as they will overlook yours.
(V)alue: who they are and what they mean to you.
(E)xpress: how you love them not just with words but with actions.

Just as you stated, someone who is -dependable/reliable/honest: Trust is also a huge and important part for me as well. Over the course of my life, I've always had guys promise me things that they cannot withhold and truthfully I don't blame them for not being capable of falling through in all cases but sometimes you would prefer someone who doesn't make promises at all unless he's sure of the outcome, because a promise to me is more than just a word. No relationship can survive without honesty and I do not care about the statistics on this one because it is very important for a healthy relationship. Respect for his family and friends: is just as important as the first if not slightly more. Family and friends are everything, so someone who loves and cares deeply of not only his parents but his siblings and extended family is something I hold highly important. Kind hearted/sincere/happy/has a sense of morality: Personality wise I look for someone who is optimistic in the worst of circumstances. Someone who is open with others and doesn't hold himself superior to anyone. A people person with a strong sense of right and wrong who values knowledge and thus always willing to learn or experience something new. Financials: with all honesty, I do not care about one's paycheck or family wealth as long as he spends to his liking without putting the family in debt. Money has always just been an object of little value so I do not care if he spends big but I can't stand cheap people. That's definitley a no-no. What makes a difference to me is a man's job and the way he feels about it. Is it just another thing he needs to do in order to live (somethong of little interest) or does he take great pride in what he does? Mainly, these are the characteristics I hold dear in a partner which prove to me that he is the one for me to love.

Dialated pupils. It's a extremely good sign that the person is interested in you, they're very open to you and they are feeling happy. All good indicators of loving, or being in love with you.

A person in love omits a glow,its like being in love brings colour to your cheeks.people in love are more happy and smiley.

care for the other, support and help the other, sacrifice own needs just to make the other happy, forgive and tolerate anything from the other, devotion, attention, have a good conversation, share nice moments, romance, sweet words and attitude.

not only as Dawn-Marie has said, but also that they would prefer using pronouns when referring to the him/her in their minds. They would seem weak under the him/her and obviously they would seem rather unnatural in several ways too. Perhaps, to cover up the truth, they may avoid talking about him/her.

Willing to sacrificed for the one we loved without demanding, sometimes it`s hurt, sometimes it doesn`t mean must owning her, seing her happy and that`s enought to make me happy.
