Bite a bunch of rose and swim acroess the pond to meet her!
Ask her to wait on the other side and strip off one piece by one piece to make you swim faster.
Have a camera-man and microphone-man ready in the middle of you guys.

I think that you should wait until the right time is right....but until then talk to her make her laugh maybe even buy her stuff then just say that do you want to go walking in the park and say like it dont have to be a date or anything then as yall are walking maybe say like soo do you want to get something to eat sometime....if she doesnt answer you then just simpley say not like a date or anything but then you'll know she dont want it to be more than friends......hope i helped
