Ideally, it shouldn't be. But there are so many 'Christians' out there that judge, call names and have no tolerance for any differences... WWJD? If he were here, he would smack the crap out of these hypocrites.

I'm a Christian, very religious.
I never insult anybody, same goes for everyone I know.
I'm not going to go deep into the whole explanation though.
Some people I know think its against Jesus Christ to insult someone.
There is a whole list of things.
I am proud to be Christian!
Its just how people think. Other people call people morons too, so dint blame it all on Christianity.

I'm LDS, I come from an Evangelical Christian family and many of my friends are evangelical Christians. So I get called "a moron" a lot, even by my own father. I have had "Christian" friends refuse to come to my wedding because they won't go into a "moron" church - my Dad refuses to call it a church at all, he refers to it as "that building".
They know nothing about my beliefs (well, they think they do, but what they know they got from anti-Mormon books so they're wrong) but they think it's funny to mock and abuse me. I don't think this is Christian behaviour at all.
In response, I am trying to be Christian by refusing to rise to their taunts, by continuing in love and friendship with them, and by being patient and hopefully showing them how wrong they are by my behaviour rather than words. (I also reflect on the fact that moron is Welsh for carrot, so obviously they mean to comment on my wholesomeness as a vegetable rather than my lack of intelligence.)

I find it alarming how insulting and judgmental some Christians can be. It's not very "Christ Like" to be that way, and that is what I take being Christian to mean. By the way, I believe in a Higher Power, I just don't believe in religion.

christians should not throw insults if they do not wont them reterned but we are all only human so fail to meet the standerds set by God. and to be honest some people are Morons or act as if they are so I think it can be valid
