The grocery store chain, "Central Market" has the best. Also "Whole Foods".

If you don't have any of these 2 stores where you live, get some guacamole from the deli section from any good grocery store.

Then go to the produce section and purchase just a little bunch of cilantro and one tomato.

Cut up the tomato into 1 inch peices. Remove all the slimy parts and seeds. Add that and a spoonful of chopped cilantro to about a half pint of the guacamole, add salt.

I live in Texas. I know how to make guacamole but this is the fastest and easiest way to make a sublimely delicious guac.

If the guacamole is very thick, squeeze just a touch of lime juice in it.

Yes...Guacamole is another one of my passions.

At home. Mash a ripe avocado, add salsa and a drizzle of chipoltel sauce. Enjoy!

yeah, make it yourself, buy a good avocado (not too hard not too soft, make sure it ain't green) and open it, take out the pit remove the actuall avocado, place it in a bowl, take out sour cream, (or salsa, or both) mix, and refrigerate for about 4 minutes.

You can add some seasoning for flavor.

voila! guacamole1

THE BEST IS THE ONE YOU MAKE YOURSELF, IVE TRIED ABOUT ALL THE ONES IN MARKETS,ETC. AND NONE OF THEM WERE WORTH EATING. ITS SO EASY MAKE SURE YOU GET THE ALMOST BLACK AVACADOS, NOT THE BIG GREEN ONES, I THINK THERE CALLED HASS. CUT OPEN CAREFULLY. MASH WITH A FORK, ADD FRESH GARLIC, AS MUCH AS YOU LIKE ,I LIKE A LOT, IF IM MAKING SAY FOUR AVACADOS I WOULD PUT ABOUT TWO BIG CLOVES IN, ADD A LITTLE LEMON OR LIME TO KEEP IT FROM TURNING BLACK, SOME SALT. LET IT SIT FOR ABOUT AN HOUR OR SO, IF YOU LIKE IT HOT ADD SOME CAYANNE PEPPER, ANOTHER ADD SOME ONIONS IF YOU LIKE AND SOME REALLY RIPE TOMATOES. I LIKE MINE JUST WITH THE GARLIC,SALT, LEMON AND LOTS OF TORTILLA CHIPS. IF YOU HAVE A WAL MART NEAR YOU THEY HAVE SOME FANTASTIC CORN CHIPS. NOT LIKE TOSTITOS OR DORITOS BUT ANOTHER VERY INEXPENSIVE BRAND. I WISH I COULD REMEMBER THE NAME OF THEM.....ALSO THE BEST BOTTLED SALSA COMES FROM WAL MART, I THINK ITS SAMS BRAND.BEST OF ALL BESIDES THE ONE I MAKE.............WHEN DO YOU WANT ME TO COME OVER FOR MY SNACK?????? IM IN A SUBURB OF CHICAGO....

If you don't want to make it yourself (which is, indeed, one of the best ways to get it, because you can make it to your own taste), you should probably try the "Made at your table" version at "On The Border" restaurants.

Make your own...just the way you like it.
Avocados, red onion, cilantro, lime...maybe a chile, tomatillo or tomato. Fresh is best!
