I'm sorry to say that is a very bad way to diet. I have done it and it is impossible to keep the weight off. The best way to diet is to change your eating habits. Watch calorie, fat and carb intake drink lots of water and moderate exercise like walking or its the perfect time of the year to take up swimming. Or go to Curves for women. I lost 60 lbs doing this in 3 months to be honest I over did the exercising. Crash dieting can also make you very sick and have very nasty side effects.

crash dieting? a good way to lose weight? are you serious?....no! and if you are on a diet like that now, then stop, and start eating normally...crash dieting only kills your metabolism and makes your body think it is starving, hence your body retains massive amounts of fat as soon as you start eating normally....there are nutritional pyramids posted all over the place, pick one up, and look at it...follow the recommended servings and sizes...follow the 3 small meals, with 3 small snacks, at regular intervals...combine this with at least 30 min. exercise every other day...also drink water, when you aren't drinking milk or juice...do that and the pounds will melt off

no it is not. just try to eat everything in moderation, eat lots of veggies and fresh fruit . meat and carbs in moderation, but you still need both to have a healthy diet. eat all the food groups in moderation. always eat a good, hardy breakfast, dont eat alot during the night. cut sweets to a minimum. always include aerobics exercises 30 minutes a day every day. do weight training every 2 or 3 days for 30 minutes. you should be good if you follow that.

I have a book which works... 1st you have to eat right and do some exercise. Worked for me. The book is called Eat, Cheat and melt the fat away by Suzanne Somers and it works even if you don't work out much too and it's healthy which is the important part
