a home phone or cell phone. I presume it is cellphone since noone is too stupid to steal a homephone.
Contact your service provider and tell them to block anyfrom that phone and (if possible) redirect the phone calls to it to a number you specify (perhaps your new cell phone). And no, noone would buy you a new handphone for you.

Did you have insuarnce plan on the phone before it stolen if you so two things call the ploice and call your cell phone company/
