Check the source. It has a few.

Also, try a Google image search for "diabetes skin." I found a lot of pictures that way. Maybe your search terms were too complicated.

Diabetes is usually treated through a combination of diet (low sugar), exercise and medications/insulin. Milder cases can be controlled with just diet an/or exercise while more severe cases require meds or insulin as well.

well, medical journals, medical internet sites such as webmd.com. try typing medical websites into the yahoo search and try some of those that pop up. go to the library and get a book on the subject. stuff like that.
