Well, hernia is a possibilty
BUT......
it could also be an appendicitis that needs immediate attention. Right lower quadrant pain like from appendicitis can travel down to the testes. So go to ER.

sounds like it could be a hernia...go to the doctor before it gets any worse...

could be a hernia , could be an infection. Either way you should get it checked out.
